🎯 We're Hiring: Account Executive (Inside Sales Closer)

📍 Full time | In person at our Westlake office, Austin, TX | $150,000 to $400,000+ OTE, uncapped

No cold calls. No chasing. Our SDR team and marketing engine book qualified strategy sessions with aspiring authors who already raised their hand. Your job is to show up, serve, and close.

If you are a proven top performer who believes sales is serving, and you want uncapped pay for helping people publish books that change their lives, keep reading.

💰 What You'll Earn
  • On target earnings: $150,000 to $400,000+ per year. Commission is uncapped.
  • Base salary plus 6% to 10% commission on net sales. Your rate tiers up as your month grows.
  • Bonuses: $500 for every $50K week, $2,000 for every $200K month, $1,000 when the team hits its monthly goal, and a $3,000 Fast Start bonus for $350K in your first 12 weeks.
  • Benefits: healthcare plans for full time employees, a $3,000 per year self care budget, and world class sales training.
🛠️ What You'll Do
  • Run hour long strategy sessions with qualified aspiring authors
  • Close high volume, mostly one call deals on programs from about $5K to $50K
  • Understand each author's goals and obstacles, then recommend the right selfpublishing.com program
  • Close in person at our live events from time to time
  • Track your pipeline and results in HubSpot
📈 How You'll Be Measured
  • Monthly net sales (quota is $125K per month)
  • Close rate
  • Net sales per strategy session

  • ✅ You have 3+ years of closing experience and a track record of hitting or beating quota
  • ✅ You have personally sold $250K+ in your career ($1M+ is a big plus)
  • ✅ You have closed high volume, short cycle deals (one or two call closes)
  • ✅ You are coachable, competitive and self motivated
  • ✅ You live within 30 minutes of Westlake, Austin, or are moving here
  • ✅ You believe in the power of books and love helping people get unstuck
