Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We’re actively looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market (MM) Partnerships to accelerate our next phase of network growth on the supply/partner side.

Reporting directly to our SVP of Partnerships, you will play a high-visibility, high-impact role by rapidly expanding and diversifying Nift’s global partner ecosystem. You will source, hunt, pitch, close and scale MM supply side partners. Our MM strategy is focused on acquiring and growing early adopters who have 1M to 10M monthly active users (MAUs) and the capacity to make decisions quickly (3 months or less).

Our Mission

Nift’s mission is to reshape how people discover and try new brands by introducing them to  products and services through thoughtful "thank-you" gifts delivered via consumer engagement partners. Our customer-first approach ensures businesses acquire new customers efficiently while making consumers feel valued and rewarded. We are a data-driven, cash-flow-positive company that has experienced 731% growth over the last three years. Now, we’re scaling to become one of the largest sources for new customer acquisition worldwide.

Backed by Spark Capital & Foundry who also invested in Slack, Snap, SeatGeek, Fitbit, Warby Parker, Wayfair and Twitter, we are poised for exponential growth and ready to demonstrate impact on a global scale. Read more about our growth here.

What you will do:

  • Proactively prospect consumer apps and properties, build pipeline, run discovery calls, get access to decision makers, pitch, and close mid-market partners
  • Hustle relentlessly - challenge assumptions and navigate objections from teams charged with the monetization of their consumer base
  • Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and yearly quotas
  • Partner closely with marketing, partner success, creative, and engineering teams to find, convert, and successfully onboard and scale new partners
  • Be a category and platform expert; stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to continuously refine sales strategy

What you need:

  • 5+ years of B2B digital ad sales or audience monetization experience
  • Proven track record as a full-cycle AE (hunter) carrying and exceeding quota
  • Sold to the revenue owner at consumer-facing publishers or performance marketing teams. Or you’ve sold for an ad platform company or an apps (gaming, lifestyle, utility, etc.) company.
  • Recent experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, small-company environment where ambiguity is the norm
  • A track record of self-sourcing, managing, and closing a high volume of concurrent opportunities efficiently in short (under 3-month) sales cycles
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful, with strong outreach discipline and a proactive approach to problem solving

What you get:

  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits (401(k) with 4% match, Medical/Dental/Vision), and we offer full-time employees the potential to hold company equity
  • Flexible remote work
  • Unlimited Responsible PTO
  • Great opportunity to join a growing, cash-flow-positive company while having a direct impact on Nift's revenue, growth, scale, and future success
