As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding MANTL’s footprint across large banks and financial institutions. You’ll join a high-performing, fast-growing team that is deeply committed to being best-in-class in the SaaS financial services space. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

In this role, you’ll own complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise banks, guiding senior stakeholders through strategic conversations that drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll help acquire new banking customers and partners, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of the financial services industry. As part of MANTL’s fastest-growing team, you’ll have a direct impact on the company’s growth, market presence, and long-term success. 

Qualifications:

  •  7+ years of sales experience with a history of closing 6-figure plus deals to C-level decision makers

  • Experience selling software or cloud based solutions to enterprise banks

  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales: Experience managing long, intricate cycles with numerous stakeholders across an organization.

  • High mental velocity & strategic thinking: Quick, deep problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments; demonstrated through academic rigor and real-time strategic handling of complex scenarios.

  • You take a consultative, thoughtful approach to selling

  • Experience maintaining a strong sales pipeline from start to finish

  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota

  • Consultative Enterprise Selling: Ability to lead value-driven conversations, diagnose client needs, and position solutions that align with long-term business outcomes rather than transactional wins.

  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building trust with senior executives and managing complex relationships across multiple stakeholders over extended sales cycles.

  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, navigate objections, and influence decision-making at the C-suite level.

  • Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Proactive, analytical mindset focused on identifying challenges, designing thoughtful solutions, and driving progress in ambiguous or evolving situations.

  • Sales Process Discipline: Strong ability to manage and advance opportunities through long, complex sales cycles while maintaining pipeline accuracy and momentum.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams (product, marketing, partnerships, leadership) to deliver cohesive, customer-centric outcomes. 

The salary range for this position is:  $144,000 - $180,000Cool Things to Know
