Role Overview:

As a Specialist, Enrollment for Business Coaching, you identify the challenges and pain points customers face in their businesses and demonstrate how our coaching solutions alleviate those issues. You support our service professionals (our Pros) to foster business growth. You communicate effectively and support our Pros by delivering program walkthroughs and providing actionable knowledge on how to best leverage business coaching to scale operations.

What you do each day:  

  • Drive collaboration by fostering meaningful interactions with both Pros and internal team members to support growth initiatives
  • Showcase a commitment to delivering substantial value for our Pros by using consultative techniques and consultative selling skills
  • Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and resilience within a results-oriented environment that values autonomy and teamwork
  • Champion continuous learning by taking initiative and embracing change to improve processes and outcomes
  • Deliver strong customer service, presentation, and problem-solving skills across every Pro interaction
  • Address and overcome objections as they arise during customer conversations
  • Engage prospective Pros through multiple outreach channels to expand coaching program participation

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years working in inside sales, account management, or consultative customer-facing roles required (software or coaching services a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to consult with business owners, identify operational pain points, and recommend tailored solutions
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work

Location Dependent Information 

This role is open to candidates with an expected base hourly rate of $18.38-20.43 and annual on-target earnings of $85,000. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.  This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
