At Steno, we’re growing fast and transforming the litigation technology industry with best-in-class court reporting, modern solutions that add value for lawyers, and an exceptional client experience. • Provides meaningful coaching and support - a team of sales leaders and sales enablement professionals who will unlock your greatest potential

Why Outside Sales at Steno Is Different

This is not a transactional, churn-and-burn role. It’s a true land-and-expand opportunity where you:

  • Build and own your book of business from day one
  • Develop long-term client relationships with law firms in your market
  • Acquire and expand accounts thoughtfully over time with a dedicated marketing budget
  • Drive recurring revenue in a predictable model with great product-market fit
  • Increase earnings as your book of business grows

You’ll be in the field at least 3 days per week, building real relationships - not just sending emails. If you love face-to-face selling, networking, attending industry events, and being a visible presence in your market, you’ll thrive here. There is no ceiling on your success. The larger and more engaged your book becomes, the more you earn.
You’ll crush this role if you have 3–5 years outside sales experience, you’ve demonstrated the ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts, you thrive in high-activity, high-agency roles, and you have experience with CRM tools.
