About Page Vault

Page Vault is a B2B SaaS legal-technology company that helps legal teams collect, preserve, and manage web-based evidence. We serve law firms and legal professionals who need reliable, defensible ways to capture online content. We have grown quickly over the last few years (~40% annual growth), and 75% of the Am Law 100 are now subscribers. In early 2026 we became a multi-product company with Stencil, an AI tool that helps trademark lawyers draft applications and prepare renewals in a fraction of the time.

We are entering an important next phase of growth, and our go-to-market team is expanding across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Beyond the largest firms, we have built strong early traction with mid-sized litigation firms, and we are now hiring to turn that traction into a repeatable, growing motion.

About the Role

The Account Executive owns new business selling Page Vault across a territory of litigation-focused law firms with fewer than 100 attorneys, with a particular focus on defense litigation. These firms are at the heart of our customer base: insurance defense, product liability, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation firms that capture social media and online evidence as part of their daily work.

The role blends pace and depth. You will work a steady flow of inbound, marketing and BDR-sourced opportunities alongside your own outbound, running sales cycles of typically 1–3 months at an ACV of ~$5-20K. Winning still takes more than one conversation: paralegals and litigation-support teams feel the pain and become champions, while partners and IT approve the deal. The best AEs land the account and set it up to grow as more of the firm adopts.

It is a high-trajectory role with a clear growth path: the right person will grow quota and earn larger accounts and expanded scope as the segment matures.

What You'll Own

Pipeline and territory

  • Own a territory of litigation firms with fewer than 100 attorneys, with a particular focus on defense litigation (insurance defense, product liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice), alongside commercial and general litigation firms.

  • Convert inbound and marketing-sourced leads with fast speed-to-lead, and build your own pipeline through targeted outbound and events.

The full sales cycle

  • Own discovery, demos, trials, proposals, and close, keeping every deal moving with urgency.

  • Find the paralegal or litigation-support champion who owns the problem, and bring in the partners and IT stakeholders who approve the purchase.

  • Price and package deals to protect ACV and set up expansion, using firm-wide or per-seat terms where they fit.

Forecasting, handoff, and the playbook

  • Keep HubSpot accurate and current, and forecast reliably.

  • Hand off cleanly to Customer Success and Account Management so new customers adopt quickly and expand.

  • Run our sales playbook and help build the mid-market version of it: what messaging lands with each type of firm, which deals to prioritize, and how to shorten cycles.

Expected Outcomes

  • Maintain a strong win rate on qualified opportunities while protecting and growing ACV.

  • Build and maintain pipeline coverage that makes attainment numbers predictable.

  • Show consistent strength in leading indicators: speed-to-lead, pipeline created, cycle length, and deals with more than one stakeholder engaged.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS or another consultative B2B sale, with a record of hitting quota.

  • Comfortable with volume and complexity. You can run many deals at once while still bringing a second or third stakeholder into the ones that matter.

  • Both inbound and outbound. You convert warm leads quickly and also build pipeline on your own.

  • Sound pipeline-management habits and CRM discipline.

  • Nice to have: experience selling to law firms or in legal tech; selling to paralegal, operations, or IT buyers; time at a growth-stage company.

Who You Are

  • Hungry and driven: you want to win and prove yourself through results.

  • Urgent: you act on interest immediately and keep every deal moving.

  • A multithreader at heart: you don't settle for a single contact when a deal could be bigger.

  • Autonomous and adaptable: you manage your own pipeline and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

  • Coachable: you ramp quickly and grow through feedback.

  • A strong communicator: clear in writing and on calls, and able to build trust quickly.

Compensation

$70-80K base plus commission, ~$140-160K OTE, with uncapped accelerators above quota and a one-quarter ramp. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with the needs of the role.

Benefits include medical and dental, a 401(k) contribution, and flexible vacation and sick days.

Location & Reporting

This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United States. It reports to the Sales Director and works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
