KDAF/CW33 is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive with a passion for sports and digital innovation. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are eager to craft creative, high-impact advertising strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Develop New Accounts: Identify and secure new business opportunities with a special focus on sports and digital-forward clients.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, credible relationships with local business leaders, sports teams, and community partners.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to advertising needs.

  • Revenue Growth: Implement innovative strategies to consistently boost revenue across broadcast, sports, and digital accounts.

  • Client Solutions: Analyze client challenges and design customized, multi-platform advertising solutions that leverage our sports and digital assets.

  • Proposal Development: Craft persuasive proposals that maximize marketing outreach and drive engagement among sports fans and digital consumers.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least one year of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with broadcast, sports, or digital advertising.

  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant sales and digital marketing platforms.

  • License: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving long-term sales objectives and executing strategic initiatives.
