  • Maximize Revenue Potential: Identify and execute cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within your territory, driving revenue growth and client success.

  • Maintain a Robust Pipeline: Consistently build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed growth targets, ensuring a steady flow of new business.

  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with high-value accounts through consistent phone, email, and in-person meetings, becoming a trusted advisor in their growth journey.

  • Execute Retention Best Practices: Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular performance calls to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Utilize as an avenue for growth and incorporating other key team members of your client organizations.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.

  • Experience prospecting and selling to C-Suite and senior-level leaders within enterprise businesses.

  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and growth.

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills - ability to build effective presentations and present to senior leaders in a web conference/in-person.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with established persuasion abilities.

  • Proficient in conducting both in-person and web conference meetings.

  • Strong computer (CRM, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Don’t meet every single requirement? We encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be the right candidate for this, or other roles.

What you’ll receive:

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Limitless growth and learning opportunities.

  • A collaborative and positive culture - join a diverse team of professionals that are as smart and driven as you.

  • A chance to make an impact – your work will contribute directly to our strategy.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the energy of collaborating with peers in our dynamic offices.

  • 20+ PTO days plus holidays and floating holidays in your first year.

  • Extensive medical, dental insurance and vision plan.

  • 401K with corporate match, immediate vesting.

  • Health-and-wellness-related allowance programs.

  • Parental leave.

  • Tuition reimbursement.

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Employee Assistance Program.

  • Gartner Gives Charity Match.

And much more!
