Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Account Executive to drive the next phase of our growth. In this role, you will be the primary engine for new business acquisition, transforming qualified leads into long-term partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle—from initial discovery to final negotiation—acting as a strategic consultant for our clients. This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving complex problems for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing new business.
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and align our solutions to their business goals.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Manage and forecast a robust pipeline with precision, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to provide market feedback and refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the team and the client.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
  • Strong diagnostic and discovery skills; you know how to ask the right questions to uncover underlying business needs.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM tools and sales tech stacks.
  • Highly self-motivated with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and daily activity.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, with the ability to navigate objections and complex procurement processes.

  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of the specific industry or vertical related to our product suite.
  • Experience utilizing consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or GAP selling).
