As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Logistics Account Executive to join our growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for transportation sales professionals who thrive on prospecting, building customer relationships, and growing revenue in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts across North America.
  • Prospect new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with Transportation Managers, Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Leaders, and Operations decision-makers.
  • Identify customer challenges and develop customized transportation solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through pricing, negotiation, closing, and account growth.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service execution.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurately manage opportunities within CRM platforms.
  • Actively grow revenue while creating long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in:
  • Transportation Sales
  • Logistics Sales
  • Freight Brokerage
  • Business Development
  • Supply Chain Sales
  • Proven success generating new business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working for a freight brokerage, asset-based carrier, or 3PL.
  • Existing shipper relationships.
  • Experience selling FTL, LTL, Dedicated, Cross-Border, or Freight Brokerage solutions.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
