Job requirements
- 2–4+ years of B2B technology / SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to mid-market organizations in Israel.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Strong familiarity with the Israeli non-tech / traditional enterprise market, particularly sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and large institutional organizations.
- An existing network and relationships within these markets and the ability to leverage them to open doors and create new opportunities.
- A strong hunter mentality with experience generating pipeline through outbound activity, networking, referrals and account-based prospecting.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate product capabilities into a clear and relevant business value proposition.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process, including HR, Finance, IT and business leaders.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Good commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently progress opportunities toward close.
- Experience working with a structured sales process and maintaining strong pipeline and forecasting discipline.
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Independent, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your territory and pipeline.
- Comfortable collaborating with BDR, SE, Marketing, Partners and other internal teams.
- Experience in HR Tech is an advantage, but not essential.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business needs, challenges and buying priorities.
- Lead strong discovery conversations and present HiBob’s value in a clear and compelling way.
- Develop account strategies for priority opportunities and identify the right stakeholders to engage.
- Coordinate internal resources including BDR, SE, Marketing and other teams to support opportunities and move deals forward.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting and opportunity data accurately in Salesforce.
- Represent HiBob in relevant networking opportunities and industry events.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams.
