About Fyxer

Since launching in May 2024 we’ve grown to $30 million in ARR. We’re building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling, and follow-up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers.

What We Value

We hire small numbers of exceptional people who want ownership and autonomy. You’ll be expected to work with urgency and intensity, but you’ll also gain responsibility quickly and see your work have a direct impact.

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to trial to close. Most of your pipeline will come from inbound interest and product usage, but you should be comfortable creating your own opportunities when it makes sense.

We’re a product-led company that wins through usage, not just pitch decks. You’ll help prospects experience the value of Fyxer first hand by getting them into the product, guiding them through their trial, and helping them build internal momentum.

This is a fast-moving environment. The best people here are curious, competitive, and thrive on speed and impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Run discovery calls, lead trials, and guide prospects through to conversion

  • Multi-thread across teams and decision-makers to drive alignment and close deals

  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline of inbound and product-driven opportunities

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and engage the right stakeholders

  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve trial conversion and deal velocity

  • Share feedback with Product to improve how we sell and how customers experience Fyxer

About You
  • 3 to 6 years of SaaS sales experience with a strong record of exceeding quota

  • Comfortable working fast and managing a high volume of deals while maintaining control

  • Skilled at discovery and multi-threading, with experience leading trials or pilots that drive adoption

  • Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and organizational skills

  • A builder who enjoys shaping process and motion while selling

  • Comfortable selling across multiple industries and buyer types

Bonus Points
  • Experience selling in PLG or hybrid PLG and sales-led environments

  • Early AE or first few hires at a startup

  • Experience selling productivity or AI-driven tools

Compensation

We pay competitively relative to market benchmarks. In compliance with pay transparency and fairness guidelines, the OTE for this role is $240,000 ($120,000 base / $120,000 variable), plus equity, benefits, and perks.

Our Culture

Our culture is intentional. It stems from the fact we’re in the race of our lives to reshape one of the largest AI opportunities that exist: email. There is only first or last.

We’re going to win by:

  • An obsession with the fact that every second counts. We have to move fast with intensity and drive hard every day.

  • Ownership. You have autonomy to own your outcomes.

  • Relentless standards. Never let it slide and keep challenging yourself and others to reach the best outcome.

This culture is intense. It requires focus and discipline. So we’ll do everything we can to remove distraction, support your wellbeing, and reward your impact.
