Role Overview

The ideal DSP Account Manager is a strategic, consultative, customer-obsessed leader with deep expertise in B2B demand generation and MarTech ecosystems. They blend relationship management, technical platform fluency, and GTM strategy to drive customer value, platform adoption, and long-term growth. They thrive in fast-paced environments, are entrepreneurial in approach, and excel at building frameworks that scale client experience 

 

The expected pay range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as a strategic extension of customer teams.
  • Creates and deploys scalable frameworks (ABM, content, nurture, attribution, scoring).
  • Develop Mutual Success Plans to ensure alignment, retention, and expansion.
  • Use insights and platform performance to drive recommendations and optimization.
  • Power user of the Audyence RTD platform; deep understanding of back end and front-end capabilities.
  • Expands customer usage of the platform through compelling use cases and value reaffirmation.
  • Evangelizes how to maximize ROI from the Audyence ecosystem and partner integrations.  

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in MarTech/AdTech or B2B SaaS.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years in customer-facing or agency client leadership roles.
  • Proven collaboration with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Demand Gen, Product, and RevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM, content strategy, nurture, attribution, scoring, and tech stack alignment.
  • Ability to combine customer requirements and strategy with tech platforms to drive optimization opportunities.
