What You’ll Do

CoreWeave’s Engaged Accounts team manages and grows a book of active, billing customers across infrastructure and software. The team is built to deepen existing customer relationships, protect revenue, and expand consumption through a portfolio model supported by technical and cross-functional specialists.

About the Role

The Account Manager owns a portfolio of 15–30 active customer accounts spanning CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health, retention, renewal, and expansion of those accounts.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who can manage a book of business while driving commercial execution across infrastructure and software motions. The right candidate will build durable, multi-threaded relationships, manage renewals and expansions, and coordinate internal resources to keep customers successful and growing.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 billing customers across CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software.
  • Drive expansion, and retention across your book, protecting and growing recurring revenue.
  • Identify, shape, negotiate, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across technical and business stakeholders within each customer.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and consumption trends, and drive adoption to reduce churn risk.
  • Orchestrate CoreWeave resources — Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Managers, support, and product specialists — to resolve issues and unlock growth across your portfolio.
  • Lead commercial conversations and negotiations for renewals and expansions across infrastructure and software.
  • Forecast and report on portfolio revenue, renewals, and expansion pipeline against your targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical, Business Development, Professional Services, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial experience in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI platform, or related technology markets.
  • Experience managing a book or portfolio of multiple active customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.
  • Experience negotiating and closing commercial deals, including renewals and upsell/expansion.
  • Comfortable working across both infrastructure and SaaS/software motions.
  • Experience consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure, or adjacent software platforms.
  • Experience managing both infrastructure and SaaS customers within the same book of business.
  • Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based revenue models.
  • Familiarity with large-scale compute, bare metal, inference, or AI platform offerings.

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $205,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
