Account Manager – NAMER

We’re looking for a commercially sharp Account Manager to join a fast-growing global SaaS business and help drive growth across our North American customer base.

This isn’t a traditional account management role focused on BAU and relationship management. It’s a growth role.

You’ll own a portfolio of existing customers and be responsible for finding the opportunity within it - identifying whitespace, creating pipeline, opening new commercial conversations, building senior relationships and taking expansion opportunities from discovery through to close.

What you’ll do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of customers across NAMER

  • Proactively create and manage expansion pipeline against a revenue target

  • Identify cross-sell, upsell and whitespace opportunities across your accounts

  • Run strong commercial discovery to understand customers’ 12–24 month growth plans

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and economic buyers

  • Multi-thread across HR, Finance, Operations and leadership

  • Own expansion opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to turn customer insight and buying signals into revenue

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, Expansion Sales or a highly commercial Customer Success role, with a track record of carrying and delivering against a revenue target.

More importantly, you’re curious, proactive and commercially minded. You don’t wait for pipeline to land in your lap - you know how to uncover an opportunity, create a compelling commercial conversation and navigate complex accounts to get deals done.

You’ll be joining while the AM function is evolving, so you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how we approach expansion, account planning and deal strategy.

If you like being given a customer base and asking “where’s the opportunity?”, I’d love to hear from y
