Required Experience

  • Fluent / near-native English (critical requirement)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Client-facing roles
  • Ability to understand product basics and translate them into client-friendly language

  • Flexible schedule with availability for client calls (including US clients)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical team
  • Understand the product well enough to explain it clearly (no deep technical expertise required)
  • Support onboarding and ongoing client success
