Job Summary

The role of Account Manager at Tillo is crucial to our success by providing support to the commercial team as well as our brands and partners as customers. From supporting some of the largest retailers in the US, as well as worldwide, to onboard seamlessly to our API, to supporting customers who are at renewal stage, you will add value and ensure fantastic service.

Day to day this role will
  • Own and execute account growth plans across a portfolio of U.S. brand partners, with accountability for revenue and face-value sales growth.

  • Building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders within each partner, from day-to-day contacts through senior decision-makers.

  • Leading regular business reviews with key partners, using performance insights to identify growth opportunities and agree on next steps.

  • Supporting existing customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of customer service.

  • Upselling additional services that are relevant and of interest to customers.

  • Working as a link between our technical teams and customers.

  • Providing feedback from customers and ensuring it is picked up internally by the right people.

  • Administration and use of various platforms and systems.

What we’re looking for
  • Previous Account Management experience in a B2B role, ideally in a SaaS environment or a desire to work within it.

  • Proven track record of account growth and able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently present both virtually and in person.

  • Confident with technology, terminology and translating complex ideas.

  • Strong negotiation skills, ideally with complex deal structures.

  • Analytical mindset with confident data analysis skills.

  • Commercially driven - confident working effectively with all stakeholders.

  • Flexible and able to multitask.

  • Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, highly organized and process driven

Desirable

  • Previous experience working within the Gift Card Industry
