About Us

Property Leads delivers high-quality, motivated seller leads to real estate investors, and we’re expanding into home services. We’re a quiet but mighty start-up that participated in 50% of off-market home sales in the last 12 months. We move fast, we’re data-driven, and we care about results.

Our customers are real estate investors and roofers/roofing companies running real businesses on our leads. When something breaks for them, it matters, and fixing it fast is how we grow. If you want to check the box on responding to a ticket without solving the problem, this isn’t the place. If you want to own real customer relationships and get on the phone to solve real problems, it is.

Role

Once Sales converts a prospect into a customer, you own the account for its lifetime: you build the relationship, keep them buying, and grow what they spend. Retention, expansion, and goodwill are your job, and your book of business is your number.

Responsibilities

  • Take the handoff from Sales at go-live, run onboarding, and get each customer to early results fast.
  • Monitor account health (purchase frequency, lead quality feedback, support history, payment activity) and reach out before customers go quiet.
  • Build goodwill by responding fast, telling customers the truth, following through, and advocating for them internally.
  • Grow accounts through new markets and increased budget once the customer’s core concerns are resolved.
  • When an account is at risk, overcome their objections and redirect them back to their original goal.
  • Log every customer conversation, risk, and outcome in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years owning a book of B2B accounts, with a measurable record of keeping customers and growing their spend. You should be able to tell us your retention rate and how much expansion revenue you closed.
  • Experience owning a book of business and building genuine relationships with your book.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and de-escalation skills.
  • Comfortable in a CRM and managing a pipeline.
  • Nice to have: lead-gen or other repeat-purchase experience; real estate investor, roofer, or very small-business customers; experience as a real estate investor/agent or roofer.

Results

  • Retention: When a customer requests to cancel, you overcome their objections to keep them spending.
  • Expansion: You encourage the customers who are spending to spend more (increase budget, add more markets)
  • Goodwill: You build and maintain relationships with every customer in your book of business. Gather testimonials and get them to refer others to Property Leads.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 per year
  • On target annual earnings of $86,000
  • Great company culture – a highly successful, small business, where people invest in helping each other grow
  • Retirement plan with company match (401K)
  • Medical, vision, and dental coverage
