Job Description

GE Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key healthcare clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities for GE Healthcare's diverse portfolio of medical devices, services, and solutions.
Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts, including hospital administrators, department heads, and clinicians.
* Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to effectively position GE Healthcare solutions.
* Drive sales growth and market share within assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales, adhering to company policies and pricing strategies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales specialists, service teams, clinical applications, and marketing to ensure comprehensive client support.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and GE Healthcare product advancements.
* Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with medical devices or healthcare IT solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including hospital operations, purchasing processes, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
* Valid driver's license.
