Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an Accounting & Finance Recruiter located in Austin, Texas to support hiring for our corporate accounting and finance functions. This is an on-site role with remote on Fridays.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Corporate functions, the Accounting & Finance Recruiter will be responsible for a variety of recruitment activities to ensure the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable. 

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage the end-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment process for roles in accounting, finance, and related functions. 

  • As the talent subject matter expert, partner with the corporate HR teams and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies, source, and screen qualified internal and external candidates, and provide labor market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc.). 

  • Provide “white glove service” during the recruitment process, prioritizing a high-touch level of communication to enable an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts. 

  • Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates. 

  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities. 

  • Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures. 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field with 7+ years of full-cycle in-house, corporate recruitment experience preferably for accounting and finance roles

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate roles at all levels of seniority from entry-level up to Senior Director level.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment, communicating effectively with hiring managers at the executive level, peers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized and be work with a high sense of urgency.

  • Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred.
