Job Title: Account Manager – IT Staffing  

Location: USA 

Client: Novalink Solutions

 

Applicants must reside and be authorized to work in the USA

 

Novalink Solutions is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in IT staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management, this is your chance to work with a global consulting and engineering services firm

 

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

 

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (Minimum 2 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar tools.) and recruitment tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights. 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Experience with managing offshore teams is a plus. 
  • Experience in managing and evaluating Individual Consultant Records (NICRs), including updates, creation, and termination. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in IT staffing recruitment.
  • Knowledge of job portals, social media platforms, and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 

Good manager and team player with great flexible attitude.
