The Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team. This hybrid role will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This position is only open to Arizona residents.

What you will do:

  • Codes all invoices into proper accounts for payment.

  • Inputs invoices for payment into accounting software.

  • Audits purchasing cards transactions and identifies issues, discrepancies, errors, etc. and resolves or elevates to management

  • Processes expense reimbursements.

  • Prints various accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files and records.

  • Responds to, researches and resolves vendor inquiries with regard to accounts payable issues.

  • Reconciles vendor statements.

  • Prepares analysis of accounts as required.

  • Assists with monthly financial closings.

What you will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Some college-level accounting courses is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years accounting/accounts payable related work experience.

  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience and education may be substituted upon supervisor’s approval.
