IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Active Directory Consultant  to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona.. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description


-A Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a senior role in server management of Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Servers. 
-A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in senior role with Microsoft Identity Management Forefront Identity Manager (FIM). 
-A Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in senior role with Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Lync. 
-Expertise in Active Directory, Server Builds, Forest and Domain Policy implementations, DNS (AD Integrated and non-integrated) and PowerShell. 
-Experience with Active Directory Migration and consolidation projects. 
-AD Design & Implementation experience in inter-forest and intra-forest trust relationship maintenance (federation), documentation of architecture summaries. 
-Knowledge on AD Promotion/Decommission process and procedures, Group Policy, AD FSMO roles and seizing roles, User account Management, Back Up and restore management of AD objects and auditing. 
-Understanding of AD sites, Subnets, site links, Costs, Replication, Bridgehead servers, ISTG. 
-Good understanding on Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing & Subnets. 
-Diagnose and resolve problems associated with Directory Replication service. 
-VMware and Hyper-V experience would be added advantage 
-Server monitoring and reporting tool experience. 
-Good understanding of Server Hardware and troubleshooting. 
-Must have good communication skills. 
-Good understanding of ITIL (Change Management, Service Management, Incident Management).
