The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing back-up support to the finance department which includes Legal, PI settlements and other departments with various administrative needs and tasks to ensure efficient operation. 

Essential Functions:

•    Collect, analyze, open and organize mail from all facilities, company po box and HQ Mailbox and disseminate to appropriate departments.
•    Scan and upload correspondence to appropriate folders so external billing company can process.
•    Daily deposit runs to bank.
•    Assist purchasing department with operational purchasing and tracking at the facilities.
•    Computer/laptop inventory, assignment, and tracking; reporting to Human Resources to add to employee asset list.
•    Use database queries, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and other analytics techniques to obtain reporting information required to assist legal and finance department.
•    Extraction of data from Revenue Cycle Management system to prepare Physician reports and submit to payroll for processing.
•    Collaborate with various departments on any reporting needs.
•    Work on special projects for the finance and legal department as assigned.
•    Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred Licenses/Certification: N/A
Experience: 2+ years as an operations analyst or a similar position

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

•    Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent organizational and analytical skills
