We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Engineer who can support the implementation of AEP and RTCDP within a larger Adobe MarTech Stack:
  • Own hands-on implementation, configuration, and day-to-day management of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, including schemas, datasets, identities, and profile enablement 
  • Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines from web, CRM, and offline sources, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance 
  • Build and manage unified customer profiles, segments, and audiences, and activate them across downstream Adobe and non-Adobe channels 
  • Partner with analytics, personalization, and marketing teams to support use cases across Adobe Target, EDS, Customer Journey Analytics, and Marketo 
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot data and identity issues, and optimize configurations for scale, reliability, and cost 
  • Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable AEP/RTCDP data models and implementations 
  • Serves as a lead and visionary; can set the vision for the platform while also understanding impacts to other connected platforms/systems
Qualifications:
  • Able to work remotely preferably within the US overlapping with CST time zone
  • Fine working 40/hrs. for first 4-6 weeks, then 25%
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe RTCDP, Adobe Launch, Integration with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics & Marketo
  • Able to lead and guide others; be able to teach but also do the hands-on keyboard work as well
  • Self-directed, able to manage their own work/time 
  • Can speak to clients and lead work sessions/training
