The Ads Specialist will manage social calendars for food brands, optimize Meta ads, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
This is a remote position.
We’re looking for more than a graphic designer. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who understands marketing, strategy, and performance, not just aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage social calendars across based food brands
- Align every post with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal restaurant promotions
- Know which posts should be boosted, when to schedule for optimal reach, and how to execute without hand holding
- Run Meta ads efficiently; set up, monitor, and optimize paid social
- Track KPIs and help match social content to operational performance and in-store sales
- Communicate with on-ground teams for real-time execution
- Think critically and solve problems independently
Requirements
- A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution
- Minimum 2+ years experience running social for multiple brands (agency or in-house), ideally in F&B or retail
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Fluent in social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics
- Understands how social drives business, not just impressions
