Position Profile

Weaver is seeking an Advisory Administrative Assistant III. This person provides administrative support to the Advisory Partners and internal teams. They are responsible for general administrative duties. These include preparing reports, typing correspondence, and maintaining electronic binder/filing system and related spreadsheets. This may include interacting/corresponding with clients via telephone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will be professional and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is a team player, professional, organized, and has high level of attention to detail.

This position can be virtual or 100% in-office if in Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio with expected work hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and overtime required during busy seasons for the team. 

 To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • High school diploma
  • 5 + years of corporate level administrative experience
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think of “next level” questions to find appropriate solutions
  • Team-focused and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread
  • Competent decision-making capability
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Compensation and Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resources is our people. We take the time to evaluate our employees' wants and needs and invest our resources accordingly. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. In addition to compensation packages, Weaver offers competitive health benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.  Further, we support our employees by offering flexible scheduled time off (STO), minimum of 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 scheduled recharge days!
