Job Title: AEP & RTCDP Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

Experience: 2–3+ years in AEP/RTCDP | 5+ years in digital data platforms



Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Real-Time CDP Specialist with end-to-end implementation experience—from data ingestion using connectors, SDKs, and APIs to XDM schema creation, profile unification, audience segmentation, and activation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ingest data via AEP connectors, SDKs, and custom APIs

  • Define and map data to XDM schemas

  • Configure and manage Unified Profiles & identity stitching

  • Build audience segments and activate to destinations

  • Analyze and refine segments using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

  • Share best practices and guide cross-functional teams


Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years hands-on AEP/RTCDP experience

  • Strong with XDM, SDKs, audience building, identity resolution

  • Experience using CJA for measurement & optimization

  • Adobe certifications a plus
