About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, DTC - Mexico to help accelerate the growth of SharkNinja's direct-to-consumer business in Mexico. Based in Mexico City, this role will focus on building and scaling a strong local affiliate ecosystem, driving revenue through publisher and creator partnerships, and optimizing performance across the full funnel.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Mexico digital landscape and is excited to shape a fast-growing e-commerce channel in a high-impact market.
Responsibilities

• Build and manage affiliate partnerships across Mexican publishers, media sites, cashback platforms, coupon sites, comparison engines, and content creators.
• Recruit and onboard new local partners, expanding SharkNinja's footprint across the Mexico affiliate ecosystem.
• Plan and execute affiliate strategies aligned to Mexico's key retail moments such as Hot Sale, Buen Fin, seasonal tentpoles, and brand-led promotions.
• Manage communication and performance with partners to ensure strong visibility, high-quality traffic, and incremental growth.
• Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and new customer acquisition, and build performance reports.
• Optimize commission structures, placements, and promotional models based on performance and market insights.
• Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and local compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with eCommerce, CRM, Paid Media, and Creative teams to align campaigns and maximize impact in the Mexican market.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce, ideally focused on the Mexico market.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican digital and publisher landscape.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or similar.
• Fluent in Spanish with professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
