Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing affiliate partners, driving revenue through performance-based partnerships, and leveraging data analytics to continuously improve program outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.


What You’ll Be Doing: 

Affiliate Program Management

  • Assist in the day to day managem ent of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing relationships with with high-quality affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics 
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities 
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
  • Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines
  • Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
