Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals with confidence. We offer a range of tools and resources to help users effectively budget, save, invest, and plan for their future.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliation Manager to lead our affiliate and partnership efforts in France. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of business development, influencer marketing, and performance marketing — essential for expanding our reach, driving InvestingPro subscription growth, and building a sustainable partner network tailored to the French market.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to identifying, engaging, and managing a diverse range of partners: from financial influencers and content creators to media outlets, affiliate networks, and other commercial collaborators. You will own the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and onboarding to campaign execution and performance optimization.

This role is offered on a full-time freelance basis

What You'll Be Doing

  • Affiliation & Partnership Management: Build and manage a portfolio of affiliate and commercial partners, including influencers, content creators, financial media, and affiliate networks. Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle: identification, outreach, onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage financial influencers and content creators in France. Develop campaign briefs, coordinate content delivery, and ensure brand alignment and performance goals are met.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new partnership opportunities — agencies, fintech platforms, financial educators, and media partners — to diversify and scale our affiliate channel.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives with partners. Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize strategies to maximize subscription conversions.
  • Social Media & Brand Growth: Support the growth of Investing.com's social media presence in France by leveraging partner channels and identifying opportunities to amplify brand visibility across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
  • Data & Competitor Analysis: Track and report on affiliate and campaign performance. Use data to surface insights, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align partnership strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or a related commercial partnership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing principles
  • Experience managing influencer or affiliate campaigns across major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Active trader or investor with genuine interest in financial markets
  • Native-level French with excellent written and verbal communication skills; business-level English required
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple partner relationships and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Nice to Have

  • Established network within the French financial content or influencer space
  • Experience with or knowledge of InvestingPro or similar financial tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing analysis and optimization
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
