Job summary
As a Trading Services Analyst in Trading services, you will support the accurate execution, processing, and settlement of trade activity across products and workflows. You will help maintain operational controls, identify exceptions, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying data-driven insights and supporting automation opportunities.
Job responsibilities
- Process and validate trade orders to support accurate and timely downstream processing in back-office systems
- Perform end-to-end trade processing support, including settlements, confirmations, and profit and loss support activities, in line with established controls
- Investigate breaks and exceptions, document findings, and escalate issues in a timely manner to reduce operational risk
- Support change management activities, including testing, communications, and transition support to minimize disruption
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data and operational feedback
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting trading operations activities, including order execution support and/or trade settlement processing
- Working knowledge of trade lifecycle concepts and operational controls, including issue identification and escalation practices
- Ability to apply automation tools or technology solutions to improve workflows and reduce manual effort
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends or root causes, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting multiple asset classes or trading instruments within trading operations and controls environments
- Experience in issue resolution and stakeholder management, including conflict management and clear written and verbal communication
- Experience contributing to process improvement efforts, including documentation, standardization, and operational readiness support
