Design and build AI-powered applications for the logistics industry. The role combines product judgment, application architecture, AI engineering, data modeling, systems integration, and usability. Responsibilities include identifying valuable AI opportunities, determining how solutions fit existing systems, integrating vendor APIs, developing incremental solutions, and contributing directly to implementation and pull requests.

Ranked as a top 30 brokerage company and in the top 100 of all Logistics Companies in the US, MegaCorp Logistics is a fast-growing third-party logistics company. We are seeking highly creative and motivated individuals who are committed to finding successful answers to our clients' needs. Our team represents decades of experience in the 3PL industry and we are looking to add more talent to our team. We offer our employees a competitive benefits package that includes unlimited earning potential, medical/dental/vision benefits, matching 401(k) Plan, paid time off, and many more perks in a fun high-energy environment. We have our employee’s best interest at heart and know you are not simply a number.  We want you to thrive in a positive work environment so we give you the tools for success.

Freight is an old kingdom and AI is changing what kind of kingdom it can become.

It has rituals, guilds, strange local customs, and a thousand systems that all insist they are the source of truth. Somewhere in that tangle, a shipment needs to move, a customer needs an answer, an exception needs judgment, and the work needs to keep going.

We’re building the future inside that world. To do so, we need an AI/App Architect who can see the map beyond the torchlight, help the party take the next useful step, then write the spell that removes that step for the next person. Someone who can think in systems, ship in increments, and design around the occasional vendor API written in cursed runes.

This role sits between product judgment, application architecture, AI engineering, data modeling, and taste. You’ll help decide what should exist, how it can fit together, and where AI can do useful work instead of performing tavern tricks. Can you zoom out to the campaign map and zoom back in to the pull request? Do you like simple systems, but know simplicity is usually the result of exploring the dungeon one hard decision at a time?

Do you have a knack for making hard things usable? If this sounds like your kind of quest, let’s talk.

Full-time salaried role: $150,000 - $180,000
