Ranked as a top 30 brokerage company and in the top 100 of all Logistics Companies in the US, MegaCorp Logistics is a fast-growing third-party logistics company. We are seeking highly creative and motivated individuals who are committed to finding successful answers to our clients' needs. Our team represents decades of experience in the 3PL industry and we are looking to add more talent to our team. We offer our employees a competitive benefits package that includes unlimited earning potential, medical/dental/vision benefits, matching 401(k) Plan, paid time off, and many more perks in a fun high-energy environment. We have our employee’s best interest at heart and know you are not simply a number.  We want you to thrive in a positive work environment so we give you the tools for success.

AI is redefining what's possible, and the window to lead that shift is open right now. At MegaCorp, we're already building at the cutting edge.

Now we're looking for an AI/App Architect to help take us to the next level.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, application architecture, data modeling, and understanding the user. You will help shape what gets built, how it fits together, and where AI creates genuine value. That means staying close enough to the current state of the field to identify new capabilities and fit them to real problems.
From there you'll:
  • Define the architecture
  • Lead technical decisions through implementation
  • Build systems that can be reasoned about and understood deeply enough to know what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it.
If you're genuinely excited working at the edge, where the tools are new, the approaches are still being discovered, and the problems are real, you're going to love this. Solving problems that deterministic software never could.
Moving from a research paper to a working prototype in days.
Can you look at a system that resists specification and reason for your way to an approach that models it, learns from it, and tells you something true whether it succeeds or fails?
Do you recognize opportunities to apply the right thinking at the right level?
Can you zoom out to the whole system and back into the pull request?

Seven or more years of progressive software development or architecture experience and fluency in generative AI is a must. Supply chain, transportation, or logistics background preferred.
If this sounds like the kind of work you're already doing, let's talk.
