Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that integrate AI capabilities directly into core business platforms. This role will focus on developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations across enterprise ecosystems including ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse environments.

The ideal candidate combines deep AI expertise, strong software engineering skills, and a solid understanding of business processes and enterprise systems. You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise architecture — enabling intelligent workflows, decision automation, and AI-driven operational efficiency.

This position requires someone who can translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and build production-ready systems that integrate securely with enterprise platforms.

If this sounds like you, read on. You could be the next “Nozomier”!

In this role you will:
  • Design and develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations connecting AI systems with enterprise platforms such as: ERP systems, CRM platforms, Data warehouses and analytics environments
  • Build scalable AI agents and services capable of interacting with structured and unstructured enterprise data.
  • Develop context-aware AI workflows enabling automation and intelligent decision support.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Design secure data pipelines between AI models and business systems.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and governance across integrations.
  • Implement and optimize LLM-based and machine learning solutions for business use cases.
  • Develop prompt frameworks, retrieval systems (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact.
  • Fine-tune or customize models when required.
  • Analyze business workflows across finance, operations, sales, and supply chain.
  • Translate operational requirements into AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
  • Develop backend services supporting AI orchestration and automation.
  • Participate in system architecture decisions for scalable AI infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7+ years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience building AI or machine learning solutions in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in: Python (required), JavaScript/TypeScript or similar backend technologies
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data warehouses.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise operations.
  • Experience building MCP or similar context/integration frameworks.
  • Experience with: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector databases, Knowledge graphs, AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with enterprise data models and governance.
  • Exposure to automation platforms and workflow engines.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance considerations for enterprise AI.
