Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesEntry Specialist within the Intern (Non-Technical) job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
Entry Specialist (Hourly) Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 1–2 years) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), or automation platforms
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; experience with REST APIs and cloud services a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and building
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different functional teams
  • Experience or coursework in industrial, manufacturing, defense, finance, or supply chain domains considered a plus
  • A self-starter mentality and comfort working in a fast-paced, lean environment
