Job Description
Join the BAE Systems F-35 Aircraft Health Management Integration team. The team undertakes high technology software development, data science and fleet tracking activities to maximize aircraft availability for the global F-35 fleet. This is an exciting and challenging time for the F-35 program as the fleet grows to over 2,000 aircraft in the next decade. You will assist in driving team wide integration of our business management activities and will work in a highly collaborative manner with the Integration Team lead to support the wider BAE SYSTEMS business in the US and UK. The Integration Team provides program/business management, driving continuous quality improvement with support to the Business Lead and Value Stream leads.
A project management background and basic knowledge of quality management is critical for this role.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities include:
- In support of the Integration Lead execute project/business management tasks to ensure timely and accurate information is presented at Business/Operations Reviews and in support of the Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Supporting the Value Stream leads in developing Integrated Master Schedules across all contracts with clear identification of risks and dependencies
- Coordinating bids and proposals for extension of current work and winning new work
- Coordinating development of an integrated staffing plan across all contracts working closely with the Business Lead and Program Management Office
- Working with the UK based team to integrate plans and schedules
- Support the Value Stream leads in development of Risks, Issues and Opportunities
- Embrace quality management principles and a continuous improvement mindset
- In support of the Integration lead help develop a structured costed training program for the AHM team
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Project Management skills including Earned Value and Control Account Management
- Experience developing integrated schedules
- Experience developing new business proposals
- Microsoft Office, including Project and advanced features of Excel
- Experience performing continuous improvement
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with teams that operate Agile development methods, tools and behaviors
- Awareness of the principles of Quality Management frameworks such as AS9100D, ISO9000 etc.
