Job Description:

Dimensional’s Investment Solutions Group (ISG) serves as a trusted source of investment insight for clients, offering thought leadership, education, and analysis across a range of topics.

Within ISG, the Product Management team plays a key role in supporting communications around product launches and enhancements, developing compelling content and firm messaging, evaluating the competitive landscape and broader industry developments, and partnering across the firm to deliver high-quality materials.

We are seeking an Analyst/Associate who will focus on delivering data-driven insights related to tax efficiency for mutual funds and ETFs. This role blends analytical rigor with effective communication, offering the opportunity to support content demonstrating the tax efficiency of Dimensional’s investment approach. This is an excellent role for someone interested in technical investment topics who also enjoys communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal and external sources to support tax‑related content, including return and distribution data for Dimensional and peer products.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the drivers of tax efficiency—such as capital gain distributions, ordinary income, qualified dividends, and foreign tax credits. (Training provided.)

  • Build knowledge of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and how it is implemented across mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs, particularly in the context of tax management.

  • Create clear and visually engaging ways to communicate tax‑related concepts and data to clients.

  • Streamline and enhance existing processes to support the growing needs of the business.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field preferred. (May 2026 graduates welcome.)

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Self-motivated learner who enjoys developing new skills and applying them to real- world problems.

  • Experience creating investment or technical content is a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining complex investment topics clearly.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets.

  • Interest in financial markets and an understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy.

Dimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.
