Job Description:

The Analyst, Business Tools is responsible for supporting the development and operation of several sales enablement products at Dimensional, including the global CRM system, email marketing and automation platform, and secure digital experiences. As a process and project contributor, Analysts interface with internal business users and Technology partners to meet firm and department priorities. The role also plays an important part in maintaining and improving the quality of critical business data across the sales technology ecosystem.

This position sits within the Global Client Group (GCG) Operations’ Business Tools team, whose mission is to enable the CRM ecosystem to drive the business processes and insights needed to create a holistic view of Dimensional’s global client relationships. The GCG Operations division supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales group in the areas of business insights, technology product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting, and administrative support. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Triage and provide product support for global users across CRM, email marketing, secure site, and related client technology platforms
  • Partner with Technology and vendors to determine root causes, perform functional analyses, and deliver sensible solutions to users
  • Maintain and enhance critical client data across sales systems, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues while ensuring information remains accurate, consistent, and compliant with data governance and privacy standards
  • Execute large-scale data activities, including bulk data updates and querying and analyzing data using tools such as Excel and Snowflake, to support data maintenance, analysis and evolving business needs
  • Support the sales email marketing and automation platform, including building, maintaining and troubleshooting campaign automations, integrations, and related data flows
  • Support the secure site and other digital initiatives by partnering with Technology, Marketing, and business stakeholders on requirements, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements
  • Create and maintain runbooks, identify opportunities to enhance existing business processes, and effectively communicate product updates to stakeholders
  • Build strong partnerships across global Sales, Technology, Marketing, and other departments to understand business processes, data, and client service needs and effectively deliver solutions

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, or technology support, including internships 
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel skills and experience querying, manipulating and validating data
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and build trust with business partners
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software and testing tools (e.g. JIRA) a plus 
  • Understanding of Agile principles and/or experience in the financial services industry a plus
