Job Description:

A Deal Operations Analyst partners closely with Account Executives (AE) and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to secure revenue for Pluralsight. They act as a sales enabler, driving activities that create a streamlined sales motion for their assigned team. This role provides rapid response to AEs and CSMs for core deliverables that impact sales results, collaborating across multiple stakeholder organizations to drive revenue. Responsibilities include case management, customer pricing quotes, revenue data analysis, invoice validation, and operational support for active deals. The analyst helps optimize sales activity by removing roadblocks, improving cross-functional engagement, and identifying process improvements to enable teams to execute with precision.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate deal support and resourcing for Enterprise sales segments

  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to manage deal requirements, updates, and administrative processes (RFPs, RFIs, vendor forms)

  • Create and deliver quotes, sales orders, service schedules, and supporting documentation

  • Collaborate with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Finance to support deal structuring, approvals, contract alignment, and invoicing accuracy

  • Support customer transactions by validating invoice details and ensuring alignment across purchase orders and sales orders

  • Initiate and coordinate Pre-Sales and Professional Services engagements and manage low-threshold Enterprise renewals through closure

  • Conduct research, analyze data to support selling activities, and maintain knowledge of the Pluralsight platform while contributing to Sales Enablement efforts

  • Identify process improvements and participate in business projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, technical sales team

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • Ability to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) across cross-functional teams

  • Strong interpersonal and customer support skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles

  • Ability to work within and improve structured processes

  • Familiarity with SaaS acquisition, expansion, and renewal cycles

  • Salesforce CPQ experience

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience

  • 2-3 years experience in customer facing roles or capacities

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:

The US hourly rate range for this role is $29.23 - $38.46 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
