The Analyst Development Program (ADP) helps aspiring graduates (like you!) develop a broad knowledge base through a curated training curriculum, an established mentorship program, and rotational assignments tailored to your developmental goals. Through both collaborative and independent work, you will begin your career ready to make an impact with your foundation of business acumen, analytical toolbelt, and professional skills all with the support of your instant network in our vast analyst community.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Qualifications
What you've got:
- You have 0-2 years of related professional experience.
- You hold, or will be completing, a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
- You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills that fuel your passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You have experience with, or a strong desire to learn, technical tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel; data and analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Snowflake; data visualization tools such as Power BI; and emerging AI tools and techniques used to support data analysis and business insights.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
