As APAC Lead, you'll drive Succinct's strategy and partnerships in Asia, focusing on business development, community engagement, and product adoption in the crypto market.

What We're Building

Zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) are critical to the future of blockchain scaling, interoperability, and privacy, but are too complex for most developers today. Succinct’s mission is to make ZKPs simple and accessible for all builders.

Our core product is SP1, a breakthrough zkVM (zero-knowledge virtual machine) that enables developers to generate ZK proofs from normal code (like Rust) with state-of-the-art performance.

To support SP1, we’ve built the Succinct Prover Network -- a protocol on Ethereum that coordinates a decentralized network of provers for universal ZK proof generation. This lets developers outsource proving to a global, competitive marketplace of provers.

Our infrastructure is already in production with many of the best teams in crypto:

  • Polygon is using SP1 to build AggLayer and Katana

  • Celestia and Avail use our network to secure Ethereum bridges

  • Mantle ($2B TVL) is using it to become the world’s largest ZK Layer 2

  • And many more, including Celo, Interchain (IBC V2), Hibachi, Lido, Galxe, Taiko, Sovereign, and others

zkVMs are now a key part of Ethereum’s scaling roadmap, and Succinct is at the forefront -- delivering real-world impact, meaningful revenue, and some of the most technically ambitious work in ZK.

We’ve raised $55M across Seed and Series A from Paradigm, and we're a small, high-performing team focused on building deeply technical products with real-world adoption.

The Role

We’re looking for an APAC Lead to spearhead Succinct’s presence, partnerships, and growth across Asia. This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role where you’ll bridge our global ecosystem into key APAC markets, bringing our products and brand to developers, partners, and communities across the region.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong network with deep understanding of Asian crypto market dynamics, and who thrives at the intersection of business development, marketing, and community.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Succinct’s APAC strategy – building our network among developers, exchanges, VCs, miners, and founders across the region

  • Represent Succinct in Asian crypto markets, ensuring we’re as well known and liked in APAC as we are in the West

  • Plan and execute “move the needle” activations: from developer events and ecosystem meetups to itineraries for founder visits that deliver a full calendar of high-value meetings

  • Drive adoption of Succinct products in APAC through partnerships, relationships, and high-trust community engagement

  • Serve as the bridge between our global team and the nuances of APAC market dynamics – advising on how business, relationships, money, and power flows work locally

  • Partner closely with founders and leadership to ensure Succinct’s APAC presence is strategic, well-executed, and high-impact

Qualifications
  • Experience taking a token project to market or working at a leading exchange

  • Deep network across Asia: connected to builders, VCs, miners, and founders

  • Fluency in English + Korean or Chinese

  • Strong understanding of Asian crypto market dynamics and how they differ from Western ecosystems

  • Proven ability to organize high-impact events and activations that drive visibility and adoption

  • Charismatic communicator who can represent Succinct in both small relationship-driven meetings and on bigger stages

  • Highly organized, strategic, and thoughtful about prioritization and execution

Nice to Haves
  • Experience leading APAC-focused marketing or ecosystem growth at a crypto-native project

  • Previous success building a brand or network from 0→1 in new markets

  • Dual fluency in Korean and Chinese

Location

This role is remote-friendly within Asia, with frequent travel across the region to meet partners and attend key events. Being based in Korea or China is preferred, given the importance of these markets for Succinct’s growth.

Benefits
  • Highly competitive salary and token/equity package

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Travel to industry events and conferences (company-paid)

  • Join a small, ambitious team working on the frontier of ZK

Not Sure You’re 100% Qualified?

That’s okay — if you’re passionate about ZK, deeply connected in APAC, and excited to help us build a global presence, we’d love to hear from you.
