App Dev & Support Engineer III


App Dev & Support Engineer III - (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Developer), plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This position typically involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Lead the design and development of customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment (Customer Service & Sales Module).
    • Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions related to Dynamics 365.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and technical skills.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis to provide long-term solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management.
  • Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
    • Proven track record in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
    • Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
