Funkit designs short-term rentals across the US.

Funkit designs short-term rentals across the US. We're hiring an Appointment Setter for the sales team - fully remote, full-time, an ongoing role rather than a short gig. You are the first point of contact for every lead that comes in.

Responsibilities:

- Open the conversation with every inbound lead across Instagram DMs, phone and email

- Qualify leads and book the right people onto the sales team's calendar

- Keep the CRM clean and current throughout the day

- Hand off context to the Sales Reps so their calls start warm

Requirements:

- Fluent, neutral-accent spoken English - you'll be on calls with US property owners all day, and we screen for it on the first call

- Hours overlapping US Central

- Comfortable working leads across DMs, phone and email, not just one channel

- Consistent CRM discipline

Nice to have: Experience setting for a high-ticket or consultative sales cycle; Background in real estate, short-term rentals or home services; Spanish.

Benefits:

- Base of $1,500-3,000 USD/month plus commission

- Fully remote, ongoing full-time role

- A real sales cycle with real-estate investors and STR owners, not one-call closes
