PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Quality Apprenticeship Program is designed to cultivate more Quality Technicians at DrinkPAK by providing structured, competency-based training that blends technical learning, hands-on practice, and leadership development.

This program immerses apprentices in the three primary domains of Quality at DrinkPAK: Batch Room Quality Functions, Laboratory Analysis, and Packaged Quality. Each block builds technical mastery while reinforcing the connection between Quality, Production, Warehouse and Maintenance. Apprentices learn more than how to execute tests and verifications, but also how to interpret data, recognize risk, and make decisions that protect product integrity and consumer safety.

Our approach is competency-based, meaning advancement is earned by demonstrating mastery, not by completing the program in a set timeframe. Apprentices are evaluated on technical skill, documentation accuracy, problem-solving, communication, and alignment with DrinkPAK’s GMP and SQF standards. Readiness is determined when Apprentices can independently lead Quality-critical tasks while collaborating effectively across departments.

Monthly check-ins with the Quality Manager, Director of L&D, and HR will ensure progress is reviewed, challenges are addressed, and development goals remain on track.
