We are seeking a skilled AI Technician to research, implement, and maintain AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate has experience with AI tools, automation platforms, AWS cloud infrastructure, databases, business intelligence dashboards, and systems integration.

- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities.
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain AI models, workflows, and business automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation.
- Integrate business systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.
- Manage AWS-hosted applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain PostgreSQL and other business-critical databases.
- Support database performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Transform operational and business data into actionable insights.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications, integrations, and AI systems.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience in AI, automation, systems integration, software development, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Experience working with AI tools, machine learning concepts, and business process automation.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, Lightsail, RDS, and IAM.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and database management.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring.
- Background in full-stack application development.
- Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-location business operations.
- Experience implementing AI-powered reporting, analytics, or operational solutions.
- Familiarity with software architecture, systems design, and product development methodologies.
