What you will do
- Lead ASP management activities during sales, delivery, and sourcing phases to ensure operational readiness and delivery excellence.
- Support solution engineering activities, including ASP Scope of Work (SoW), commercial evaluation, and pricing alignment.
- Forecast ASP resource demand and ensure sufficient supplier capacity to support project and operational requirements.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of ASP candidates in partnership with sourcing and delivery stakeholders.
- Drive ASP onboarding, accreditation, and readiness activities in alignment with Ericsson processes and compliance standards.
- Develop and monitor ASP competence development and training plans to ensure workforce capability and quality delivery.
- Ensure ASP compliance with required licenses, certifications, permits, tools, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Verify ASP awareness and adherence to work orders, operational processes, KPIs, SLAs, and performance expectations.
- Monitor ASP delivery performance, productivity, quality, and financial KPIs, driving corrective actions where required.
- Establish and facilitate operational governance forums and performance review meetings to manage escalations, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supplier strategy, operational priorities, and procurement governance.
- Drive proactive resolution of supplier performance issues and deviations from procurement or operational governance decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson policies, local regulations, environmental standards, and customer contractual obligations.
