At Structure Tone Southwest, we believe great marketing is more than creating flyers and updating websites. It's about telling the stories behind the incredible people, projects, and clients we work with every day.

We're looking for an Assistant Marketing Coordinator who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to learn. If you're someone who enjoys trying new things, loves checking items off your to-do list, and gets energized by helping a team succeed, you'll fit right in.

This isn't your typical marketing job. One day you might be photographing an active construction project, the next you're capturing the stories that set our team apart, designing materials that engage our clients and communities, or helping our team expand our experience and win work. No two days are the same.

You'll gain experience across digital marketing, proposals, photography, branding, events, and business development while working alongside a supportive team that's always willing to share ideas and help one another succeed.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Photo Editing – Edit and optimize employee, project, and event photography for proposals, social media, website, and other marketing materials.

  • Website Content Coordination –Ensure website content remains current by providing project updates, employee information, news, photography, and other marketing content.

  • Intranet Updates – Maintain and update internal marketing resources, announcements, templates, and employee information on the company intranet.

  • Project Profile Sheets – Create and maintain project profile sheets by gathering project information, photography, and team details to showcase company experience.

  • Data Entry & Database Management – Enter and maintain accurate marketing data, project information, employee resumes, and CRM records.

  • Marketing Reports – Generate reports and maintain marketing data to support business development, proposal tracking, and team performance.

  • Marketing Collateral – Coordinate and manage flyers, invitations, presentations, signage, and other marketing materials that support company initiatives.

  • Branded Merchandise (Swag) – Coordinate the ordering and distribution of branded promotional items, apparel, and giveaways.

  • Photography – Capture professional photos of employees, company events, community involvement, and active construction projects for use across multiple marketing platforms.

  • Proposal Support – Assist with proposal production, document formatting, printing, quality control, and deadline coordination as needed.

  • Digital Asset Management – Organize and maintain marketing files, photography, logos, templates, and other digital assets to ensure they are easily accessible.

  • General Marketing Support – Jump in wherever needed to meet deadlines, support special projects, and keep things moving.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of marketing or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Team player with a “jump in and help” attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling a variety of projects.
  • Curious, organized, and eager to learn new skills.
  • A positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Think you’d be a great fit? We’d love to meet you!
