The Assistant Talent Specialist at Rogers-O'Brien Construction plays a crucial role in supporting high-volume hiring processes.   • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements, ensuring only the best candidates proceed

  • Manage candidate information within the applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate records for smooth process flow

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, share candidate insights, and ensure timely progress in the recruitment process

  • Coordinate interviews, handling complex schedules, candidate travel, and any changes to ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, confirming all necessary details and approvals to finalize candidate acceptance

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in recruiting and selection to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
