Job Description/Responsibilities

Build Brands. Drive Growth. Own Results.

At Sazerac, Brand Management is more than marketing—it is business leadership.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will help shape the future of our portfolio by translating consumer insights, market trends, and commercial opportunities into strategies that grow brands, win with consumers, and deliver business results.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, innovation, and execution. You will partner across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, and external agency teams to bring brand initiatives to life—from new product launches and integrated marketing campaigns to in-market activation and portfolio growth strategies.

We are looking for curious, entrepreneurial marketers who thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace accountability, and are energized by building brands that consumers love.

What You'll Do:

Drive Brand Growth

  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans that strengthen brand equity and accelerate volume, revenue, and share growth.
  • Monitor business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Leverage consumer, customer, and market insights to uncover growth opportunities and influence strategic decision-making.

Lead Innovation & New Product Development

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring innovation projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Manage key stage-gate milestones, ensuring projects remain on track across timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
  • Analyze post-launch performance and translate learnings into future growth opportunities.

Bring Marketing Plans to Life

  • Lead day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across media, shopper marketing, retail activation, and sales support.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with agency partners to create impactful campaigns and brand assets.
  • Support sell-in strategies, customer presentations, and promotional planning that drive marketplace success.

Operate as a Business Owner

  • Support forecasting, P&L management, and marketing investment decisions that maximize return on investment.
  • Work cross-functionally to align brand priorities with commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Develop recommendations grounded in data and consumer understanding to help shape the future direction of the business.

What Success Looks Like

  • You identify opportunities before they become obvious.
  • You turn data into actionable business recommendations.
  • You execute with excellence while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
  • You influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • You take ownership of outcomes and continuously seek ways to grow the business.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant marketing, brand management, project management, or commercial experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience within beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries
  • Experience supporting innovation or new product development initiatives
  • Experience working with advertising or creative agencies
  • Experience utilizing syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Circana, or IRI
